After more than two decades leading transformation across Telecom, FinTech and Automotive, Vanessa Eriksson observed a recurring pattern.
As AI began reshaping industries, organisations and leadership itself, the demand for new leadership capabilities was accelerating rapidly. Yet many ambitious women were still dependent on organisations to decide when, and if, they were ready for the next opportunity.
When Vanessa explored established leadership programs herself, she discovered that many required corporate nomination or sponsorship.
It raised a broader question:

The program is a natural evolution of Girls at Tech Nordics, the non-profit Vanessa founded in 2017 to inspire girls to pursue an education in technology.
